Privacy Policy — Drifted Game

Drifted Game (“the game”) is published by Daixtech Inc. (“we”, “us”), 11767 S Dixie Hwy #353, Pinecrest, Florida 33156, United States. Drifted is a trademark of Daixtech Inc. Contact for any privacy question or request: support@driftedgame.com.
This policy covers the Drifted Game apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Android, and this website, driftedgame.com, which sets no cookies and loads no analytics, ads or trackers.
The short version
- You can play without an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, age or location.
- There are no in-app purchases, no ads and no analytics or tracking in the game.
- Your progress, cars and designs are stored on your device.
- When you play online with others, the game sends what is needed for the race to the other players in your room.
What stays on your device
Your progress (credits, rank, season stars, unlocked items), your car designs and their pictures, and your settings are saved only on your device. We do not receive them. Deleting the game deletes them. Device backups made by Apple or Google may contain them under those companies’ own terms.
Playing online (rooms)
When you create or join an online room, the game connects to our multiplayer server, run for us by Cloudflare. For the race, it sends:
- the room code and room PIN;
- your driver name — always one picked from the game’s own list (for example “ARCTIC_OTTER” or “PLAYER #1234”); you cannot type your own name, and there is no chat;
- your car and its look (paint, wheels, stickers chosen from the game’s catalogue);
- your car’s position, speed and score during the race.
This information is passed to the other players in the same room so they can see your car, and is not used for anything else.
Like any internet service, the connection reveals your device’s IP address. Cloudflare, which runs the server for us, uses it only to deliver the connection, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We do not record connection logs, and a room and its data are gone as soon as its players leave.
We do not create a profile of you, and no device or advertising identifier is sent.
Update check
When the game starts, it reads a small public file on driftedgame.com that says which version is the newest, so it can tell you when an update is available or needed. The request sends nothing about you or your device. Like any web request, it reveals your device’s IP address to Cloudflare, which hosts the site, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We do not record it.
Advertising
The game shows no ads.
Children
Drifted Game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children: there are no accounts, no free text and no chat, and online play uses only preset names. The only technical data involved is the device’s IP address, which any internet connection reveals (online rooms and the update check). It is used only to deliver the connection and is not recorded by us. A parent who has a question can contact support@driftedgame.com.
Your rights
Because we hold no account or profile for you, there is normally nothing we can look up or delete. If you contact us, we will answer questions about this policy and act on any request the law gives you, including in the EU, UK, and the US states with privacy laws.
Security
Online play uses encrypted connections (WSS/TLS).
Changes
We will update this page when the game changes what it collects, and change the effective date above.
